Dan is the principal consultant for Clayton Acoustics Group, which he established in 1992. His background in technical theatre, music, sound system engineering and installation, computer technology, pipe organ building and acoustics consulting provides a solid foundation for his work on performance and worship projects.

Andrew is a recent graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, with a B.S. in Computer and Systems Engineering, and a minor in music. At Clayton Acoustics Group he builds computer models for loudspeaker design and room acoustics analysis, serves as webmaster, and assists with sound system design, data analysis and CAD drafting.
